REFUND OF RECREATIONAL FEES
MARIA'S PORTUGUESE & SPANISH BAR
AND RESTAURANT, INC.
WHEREAS, Maria's Portuguese & Spanish Bar and Restaurant, Inc. has paid
$375.00 for sponsorship of a term in the Men's Softball League; and
WHEREAS, the sponsor has withdrawn said term prior to beginning of play;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the sum of $375.00 shall be
refunded to Maria's Portuguese & Spanish Bar and Restaurant, Inc.
Adopted this 4th day of May, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the
original on May 5, 1995.
