The following Resolution was adopted by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa on the
13th day of May, 2009.
Be it resolved by the City Council of Tiffin, Iowa that Alliant Energy is hereby directed to
make the following changes to the existing system at the location described herein (or shown on
an attached map made part of this Resolution) according to the terms expressed in the existing
street light contract.
NEW INSTALLATION OR CHANGE IN EXISTING SYTEM
Add Wattage Style of Luminaire- Tyne and Height of Pole Wiring OH/UG
1 40OW Luminaire Cobra Head 30' Steele,Pole UG
2 400 W Luminaire Cobra Head 30' Poles UG
LOCATION OF NEW INSTALLATION OR CHANGES
1. At or near the intersection of Roberts Ferry Road and Ireland Ave.(North of the
intersection of Roberts Ferry Road and Oakdale Blvd, on the east side of the intersection.)
2. Two Security Lights South and East of Sewer Plant
Motion by Councilperson Bartels seconded by Councilperson Petersen
AYES: Chris Ball, Jim Bartels, Mark Petersen
NAYS: None
ABSENT: Mike Gericke, John Wright
Mayor Royce Phillips, declared said Resolution duly passed and adopted the 13`h day of May
2009. j
