TOWN OF BREWSTER MINUTES OF PLANNING BOARD
Tuesday, June 21, 2005 7:00 P.M.
Brewster Town Office Building
1. Present: Chairman Henchy convened the Planning Board meeting at 7:25PM in the Brewster Town
Office Building with members Taylor, Pierce, McMullen and Remy present.
2. Minutes—Motion by McMullen, Remy second, "approve minutes of 6/7/2005. All voted in favor.
3. LEGAL HEARING — SPECIAL PERMIT #SP2005-07 — CORRIDOR OVERLAY PROTECTION
DISTRICT BYLAW — McGinnis applicant, Hopkins owner - Located at 2750 Main Street, on
Assessors' Map 14, Lot 61 — An approximately 3,150sf. Retail/Restaurant building with attached
apartment. Present—applicant, John O'Reilly, Atty. Landreth and abutters.
4. Prior to opening the hearing for Special permit #SP2005-07, Remy recused herself due to a conflict of
having a business and family friend relationships with applicant and land owner. McMullen recused
himself due conflict being that the applicant were current tenants of his. They both left the meeting.
5. Henchy informed the applicant that there was not a quorum to open the hearing on this application. New
date of July 5, 2005 at 7:30PM was agreed upon.
6. The meeting adjourned due to lack of quorum. McMullen and Remy did not return.
