Brewster Town Office Building 1. Present: Chairman Henchy convened the Planning Board meeting at 7:OOPM in the Brewster Town Office Building with members Taylor, Pierce, McMullen, Tubman and Remy present. 2. RELEASE OF REMAINING LOTS 6 7 & 9 FROM DEFINITIVE SUBDIVISIO N PLAN #MRS2004-12-Red Top Development Inc.—off Satucket Road on Assessors' Map 36 Lot 37-1,—7 lot division. 3. Noted on a road inspection an imperfection in the pavement, $5,000.00, will be held until verification that the imperfection does not lessen the road condition, compared to the entire subdivision road as described in accordance with the Rules & Regulations of the Town of Brewster Planning Board also $1,800.00 to be deposited into an interest bearing account, for the satisfactory construction of the roads, utilities and improvements within the below described subdivision within two years in accordance with the Rules & Regulations of the Town of Brewster Planning Board. 4. Motion by Taylor, Bugle second, "release only lots 6 & 9, accept bonds for $5,000.00 and $1,800.00, all voted in favor. 5. LEGAL HEARING—SPECIAL PERMIT #SP2005-07—CORRIDOR OVERLAY PROTECTION DISTRICT BYLAW—McGinnis applicant, Hopkins owner- Located at 2750 Main Street, on Assessors' Map 14,Lot 61 — An approximately 3,150 sf. Retail/Restaurant building with attached apartment. 6. Motion by Taylor, Bugle second, "meeting continued to September 20, 2005, because the Cape Cod Commission had not finished its review of Gillon's study". All voted in favor. 7.
