1. Present: Chairman Henchy convened the Planning Board meeting at 7:OOPM in the Brewster Town
Office Building with members Taylor, Pierce, McMullen, Tubman and Remy present.
7:OOPM Approval Not Required—ANR2005-15—341 Main Street and 0 Main Street,
assessors Map 21 Lots 10 & 11 —combine and divide.
7:05PM LEGAL HEARING #ModSP2005-05 — Modification of SPECIAL PERMIT #
SP2003-20- CORRIDOR OVERLAY PROTECTION DISTRICT— BRANDT —
located on Assessor's Map 27 Lot 20-5, Underpass Road - to allow 1825 sq. ft.
showroom vs. 1000 sq. ft. approved. 1000 sq. ft. storage area eliminated. Eliminate
lattice covering southerly side of foundation. Eliminate wood shingles on the
southerly and easterly building walls and any other concerns regarding SP2003-20
that the Planning Board may have.
