RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE FOR THE HEARING AND LETTING OF THE
PARK AREA SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION
PROJECT IN AND FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin will set the date for the Hearing and Letting of the
Park Area Sanitary Sewer Extension Project in and for the City of Tiffin.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA:
The date for the Hearing and Letting of the aforementioned project is set for June
10, 2009 at 6:30 p.m. Sealed proposals for the construction of said improvements will be
received by the City Clerk at the City Hall, Tiffin, Iowa, until 6:30 P.M. on June 10,
2009.
