GRANTING AUTHORITY TO VACATE JUDGEMENT
AGAINST THERMOIL CORP.
WHEREAS, a judgement has been entered in the matter of Borough of Carteret
v. Thermoil Corporation, Block 140 Lot 12, 13, 15; and
WHEREAS, said judgement has not been filed with the Clerk of Middlesex County;
and
WHEREAS, the defendant Thermoil Corporation is desirous of vacating said
Docket Number F 14911-94 and paying all taxes, interest and penalties;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Borough Council hereby
authorizes Joseph P. Schiappa, Esq. to vacate said judgement to allow payment of all
taxes, sewer fees, interest and penalties incurred within thirty (30) days.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that if all payments are not received within the
allocated time the judgement shall be re-entered and filed with the Clerk.
Adopted this 4th day of May, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the
original on May 5, 1995.
