Brewster Town Office Building 1) Present: Chairman Henchy convened the Planning Board meeting at 7:OOPM in the Brewster Town Office Building with members Taylor, Pierce, and Remy present. 2) INFORMAL DISCUSSION—MATHIASEN—GREENLAND POND SUBDIVISION- REQUEST FOR FUNDING FOR THE ENHANCEMENT OF THE PATH TO THE POND. 3) The Planning Board approved the release of$700.00 to Ryder&Wilcox for site surveying services for the Greenland Pond Subdivision. Enclosed is letter from the Greenland Pond Association and Town Counsel. According to the letter of Town Counsel the Board of Selectmen needs to authorize release of these funds. 4) CONINUENCE -LEGAL HEARING—MODIFICATION OF SPECIAL PERMIT#SP2004-17— CORRIDOR OVERLAY PROTECTION DISTRICT BYLAW—Boxer Shorts Realty Trust/Geraldine Boccio Trustee/For the Love of the Breed - Located at 4018 Main Street,on Assessors' Map 30, Lot 22—Pro osed Two Story Addition,2,300 SF with a 1 bedroom manager apartment.Modify-eliminate 2story and increase foot print with addition-REVIEW DRAFT FOR FILING. 5. Motion by Pierce, Taylor second, "approve draft special permit#SP2004-17 for filing with the Town Clerk."Roll call vote,All voted in favor. 6) APPROVAL NOT REQUIRED—SCHERZO—LOCATED AT THE END OF WINSLOW LANDING ON ASSESSORS MAP 7,LOTS 38 & 39—COMBINE 2 LOTS INTO ONE 7) Motion by McMullen,Remy second, "Approve ANR for Scherzo." All voted in favor. 8) APPROVAL NOT REQUIRED—HOPKINS/FARMER—LOCATED AT 2750 MAIN STREET ON ASSESSORS MAP 14 LOT 61 —CREATE A ONE ACRE PARCEL IN THE VB-DISTRICT. 9) Motion by Pierce, Remy second, "Approve ANR for Hopkins/Farmer."All voted in favor. 10) Adjourn 8:20PM.
