AMENDING EFFECTIVE DATE OF APPOINTMENT
MICHELINA RIOS
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution #95-133, Michelina Rios was appointed to the
position of Acting Deputy Court Administrator, effective April 21, 1995; and
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the Governing Body that said effective
date of the appointment should be April 3, 1995;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the date of said appointment is
hereby amended to become effective April 3, 1995.
Adopted this 4th day of May, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the
