A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING A NOTICE OF JOINT PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER
PROFFER AMENDMENT APPLICATION #ZM- 152 AND SPECIAL EXCEPTION
APPLICATION #SE-97-01 BY CORNERSTONE CHAPEL
RESOLVED, by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia, as follows:
A notice of Public Hearing for proffer amendment application #ZM-152 and special exception
application by Cornerstone Chapel will be considered jointly by the Leesburg Town Council and the Leesburg
Planning Commission and shall be published in the Leesburg Today on January 15, 1997 and January 22,
1997 for a joint public hearing on Tuesday, January 28, 1997 in the Council Chambers of the Government
Center at 25 West Market Street, Leesburg, Virginia 20175.
