AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT
BETWEEN ESI AND THE TOWN OF LEESBURG FOR PEER PLAN
REVIEW AND EDUCATION SERVICES
WHEREAS, on November 12, 1996, Town Council appropriated sufficient funds to
implement peer review and education programs offered by ESI in its July, 1996, report on
"Improving Subdivision and Site Plan Preparation and Review in the Town of Leesburg" and;
WHEREAS, the enclosed contract has been drafted to document the relationship between
ESI and the town; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the assistance of ESI will improve the town's plan
review process.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The town manager is hereby authorized to execute the enclosed contract between ESI and
the Town of Leesburg.
