AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A
TAXICAB OWNER'S LICENSE FOR LIC~qSE
1995~1996 TO EAC~.F. CAB COMPANY
WHEREAS, an application has been filed and the proper fee paid
for a Taxicab Owner's License for the 1995-1996 License Term
by Robert F. Beck, trading as
and
WI~REAS, the qualifications of the applicant have been investi-
gated by the Carteret Police Department and said departnmnt
reconmmnds that a Taxicab Owner's License for the 1995-1996
License Tern be granted to the applicant.
NOW, TH~ed~oRE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor
and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal
Clerk be and is hereby authorized and directed to issue a 1995-
1996 Taxicab Owner's License to Fil~.V. CAB COMPANY.
Adopted this 04th day of MAY, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the
original on MAY 5, 1995.
