WHEREAS, bids were rejected and re-authorized on December 2, 1999 by
Resolution #99-369; and
WHEREAS, the following bids was received on December 28, 1999:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that the bid a Vermeer 752 Stump Cutter is hereby awarded to:
VERMEER NORTH ATLANTIC SALES & SERVICE
in the amount of $25,391.00.
