A~RIZING THE ISSUANCE OF
TWO (2) TAXICAB DRIVERS LIC~I~SES
FOR THE 1995-1996 LIC~qSE '£pi~M
WHEREAS, applications have been made and proper fees paid for
a Taxicab Driver's License for the 1995-1996 License Term by
each of the following:
RObeRT F. BECK
and
and
WHEREAS° the Carteret Police Department has made an investi-
gation of the facts stated in :each application and .recommends
that a Taxicab Driver's License for the 1995-1996 License Term
be granted to each applicant listed above.
NOW, TH~,E"EORE, BE IT ~ IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor
and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal
Clerk be and is hereby authorized and directed to issue a
Taxicab Driver's License for the 1995-1996 License Term to
ROBERT F. BECK amd to GERALD E. LOOKHART.
Adopted this 04th day of MAY, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the
original on MAY 5, 1995.
