COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, AUGUST 15, 2016
CALL TO ORDER
The City Council “Pre-Meeting” of August 15, 2016, was convened at 5:45 P.M. by
Mayor Carrie Tergin.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Branch, Graham, Henry, Hussey, Prather, Schreiber, Ward, and
Wiseman
Absent: Costales and Mihalevich
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Agenda Amendments:
Mayor Tergin asked if the Council would offer an amendment to the agenda at adoption
to allow the addition of Resolution RS20 16-18 in honor and appreciate of Mr. Sam
Baker Cook who passed away on July 15, 2016, and allow it to be taken up under
“Miscellaneous Agenda Items” at item 4-d.
Bills:
2016-30 (adopting FY2017 budget) Councilman Prather stated he intended to place
this bill on the Informal Calendar after the public hearing is concluded at the Regular
meeting.
ADJOURNMENT
