AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A TEMPORARY
CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE TOWN OF
LEESBURG AND THE LOUDOUN COUNTY SANITATION
AUTHORITY (LCSA)
WHEREAS, the town and LCSA require the use of a common easement to construct future
water and sewer lines adjacent to the Virginia Power easement parallel to River Creek Parkway.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a temporary construction agreement in a form
approved by the Town Attorney between the town and the LCSA.
