RESOLUTION NO. 97-60
A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING AN EASEMENT FOR VIRGINIA POWER ON THE PUBLIC
SAFETY CENTER SITE
WHEREAS, Virginia Power has requested two easements for underground electric service on land
owned by the Town of Leesburg to provide electric service to the Public Safety Center and fire station; and
WHEREAS, the standard Virginia Power Right-of-Way Agreement has been submitted to the Deputy
Town Attorney and Director of Engineering and Public Works for review.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The Mayor is authorized to sign the Right-of-Way Agreement for the easements requested by the
Virginia Power on the Public Safety Center Site. The Right-of-Way Agreement shall be in a form approved
