RESOLUTION No. 69 -924
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TEMPLE CITY AMENDING RESOLUTION No. 68 -875
ESTABLISHING UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT No. 1
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Temple
City as follows:
That the following described item be included as an
authorized exception to the removal of all overhead facilities
within the district:
h. Guy wires necessary to support poles, outside of
but adjacent to the subject district.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Temple City
this 17th day of June, 1969, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen- Beckley, Briggs, Merritt, Harker
NOES: Councilmen- None
ABSENT: Councilmen- Tyrell
