RESOLUTION AUTItORIZING TAX SALE BY TAX COLLECTOR
WFIEREAS, N.J.S.A. 54:-5-19 et seq. provides to the Municipal Tax Collector the
power to conduct a tax sale for properties upon which taxes remain unpaid through
the close of the year.
NOW, TltEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Tax Collector is hereby
authorized to prepare a list of all properties upon which unpaid taxes or other
Municipal liens remain in arrears on December 31, 1994;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Tax Collector shall provide notices to the
property owners and by publication, in accordance with law, and schedule a sale for
a date and time during the month of June, 1995.
Adopted this 18th day of May, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the
original on May 19, 1995.
