RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND FORM OF CONTRACT
FOR 2009 SANITARY SEWER PROJECT
WITH MAJOR EXTENSION WORK WITHIN PARK AREA
WITHIN THE EASTERNLY CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA

WHEREAS: on this 10'h day of June, 2009, plans, specifications, and form of contract were filed with
the City of Tiffin for the 2009 Sanitary Sewer Extension with major extension work within the Park Area
commonly known as the Ball Field Park area. t
WHEREAS, a notice of hearing on these plans, specifications, including three additive addendums,
and form of contract was published in timely, manner, as required by law, now.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY The City of Tiffin, Iowa, that the said plans, specifications
and form of contract ar`e hereby approved for this'above-mentioned project.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY'the City Council of Tiffin, Iowa to accept the Plans,
Specifications, and form of Contract for the 2009 Sanitary Sewer Extension within the Park Area within
the eastern City limits of Tiffin, Iowa
MOTION MADE BY Councilperson Jim Bartels Seconded by Councilperson John Wright.
AYES: Chris Ball, Jim Bartels, Mike Gericke, Mark Petersen, John Wright.
NAY: None
ABSENT: None y
With five votes for approval, Mayor Phillips now declares Resolution 20passed and
approved this 10th day of June 2009.
