A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PRE -ANNEXATION AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN
THE CITY OF MOAB AND LB MOAB LAND COMPANY, LLC
WHEREAS, the City of Moab ("City") and LB Moab Land Company, LLC ("Company") have
fully negotiated a pre -annexation agreement between the City and the Company; and
NOW, THEREFORE, we, the Governing Body of the City of Moab do hereby resolve to
approve said pre -annexation agreement in substantially the form presented to this meeting of the
City Council and hereby authorize the appropriate officials to sign, execute and deliver said
agreement.
This resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by action of the Governing Body of the City of Moab in open session
this 28`" day of October, 2008.
