Seconded by Donald Des Lauriers Motion carried. The minutes of the Board of Review of May 17, 1972 read. gloved by Robert Franklin to approve the minutes as read. Seconded by Donald Des Lauriers Motion carried. The minutes of the special meeting of May 17, 1972 read. Moved by Donald Des Lauriers to approve the minutes as read. Seconded by Robert Franklin Motion carried. The minutes The Board of representing Stevens that of the Planning Commission meeting of May 15, 1972 read. Review re -convened. Douglas Head and Mr. Walthers appeared the Community Health and Welfare Council. Moved by Thomas we take the Wells Day Camp off the tax rolls. Seconded by Robert Franklin Motion carried. Moved by Donald Des Lauriers to set the valuation for taxes for Margaret Faue and Everett Thies as proposed by the village Assessor. Seconded by Arthur Theis Motion carried. Moved by Arthur Theis that we close the Board of Review. Seconded by Donald Des Lauriers Motion carried. Orlo Eisinger appeared with regard to the harassing of cattle and also the killing of inagx ducks on his property by dogs. Moved by Robert Franklin to adopt the new stringent dog ordinance. Seconded by Arthur Theis Motion carried. William Mills appeared with regard to extension of sewer and water in the Medina Industrial Park. Moved by Thomas Stevens that we approve the engineers preliminary report of June 6, 1972 on the sewer and water extension. Seconded by Donald Des Lauriers Motion carried. Moved by Thomas Stevens to set the date for the July Council meeting for Ju3gfor July 5, 1972 at 7:30 P. M. Seconded by Donald Des Lauriers Motion carried. 53 Moved by Arthur Theis to set the date for a public hearing for the extension of the sewer and water in the Medina Industrial Pack for July 5, 1972 at 8:00 P.M. James Dorn appeared with regard to the junked cars he has on his property. "Moved by Thomas Stevens that we gnat Mr. Dorn thirty days to clean up his junkyard operatior and to move it to a different location which would comply. Seconded by Donald Des Lauriers Motion carried. Charles Ta gier appeared to complain about illegal septics and parking on the narrow streets in Independence Beach. Everett Thies as Chairman of the committee for planning a village hall presented' drawings of the work as planned to date. Moved by Robert Franklin to authorize the Village Hall Committee to hire Toy Anderson to prepare necessary drawings for informational matters on the Village Hall for not more than ''300.00. Seconded By Thomas Stevens Motion carried. Leo Leuer discussed the road oilin,_;, eft Moved by Donald Des Lauriers that the postings on the weight limits on the roads to be taken off with the descretion of the road supervisor. Seconded by Robert Franklin Motion carried. Studied the Audit report of December 31, 1971., Moved by Robert Franklin that we approve the Audit submitted by Strando6,n.d Roe. Seconddd by Arthur Theis Motion carried Moved by Robert Franklin to refer the Zoning of RA ordinanc Commission, °or the purpose of setting up a public hearinrT. Seconded by Arthur Theis Motion carried the the Planning i.Frank_lin/reTnrted that in the sometime future the County will get a large crusher to be used thoughout the County. Also reported the Committee had sent omt nuestionaires with regard o sewering, etc. Moved by Arthur Theis that we donatew300.00 to the Hamel Athletic Association. Seconded by Donald Des Lauriers - Motion carried. Moved by Donald Des Lauriers to approve permission to the Northwest rn Bell Telephone Co. for buried cab49, estimate ;''3292 and estimate ;,3497. Seconded by Arthur Theis - Motion carried. Moved by Donald Des Lauriers that the Clerk write a letter to Mr. Cavanaugh, the owner of the property where the mobile homes sales lot is operated, to the effect that they are an illegal operation. Seconded by Robert Franklin Motion carried. •
