AUTHORIZING A NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON TIME RESTRICTIONS FOR
CONSTRUCTION NOISE IN RESIDENTIAL AREAS
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
A notice of Public Hearing on time restrictions for construction noise in residential areas shall
be published in the Leesburg Today on June 25 and July 2 for a public hearing on Tuesday, July 8,
1997 in the Council Chamber of the Government Center at 25 West Market Street, Leesburg, Virginia
20176.
