AMENDING SECTIONS I 2.1-25 AND 12.1 -$? OF THE PERSONNEL MANUAL
WHEREAS, the Personnel Office, Personnel Committee and Administration and Public Works
Committee recommend changes to the Personnel Manual:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. Sec. 12.1-23: Application
The terms of this Article shall not apply to the following positions:
(a) The Town Manager shall be evaluated on an annual basis as determined by the Town
Council
(b)Temporal_ part-lime employees.
Seasonal £mployees
Ia-) Employees who receive temporarily incapacitating on-the-job injuries shall receive
compensalion in accordance with Worker's Compens~lion insurance regulalions.
SECT]ON [II. This resolution shah be in effect upon passage.
