Number 2 to Contract No. 23-2008
THIS ADDENDUM, () is made and entered into

municipal corporation acting through its Board of Public Works and Safety with its office at

50 North 5 Street, Richmond, Indiana, (hereinafter referred to as “City”), and Bader
Mechanical, Inc., 110 West Main Street, Richmond, IN 47374 (hereinafter referred to as
“Contractor”).

WHEREAS, City and Contractor entered into ; and

WHEREAS, contains an option to renew which the City
wishes to exercise for the 2010 calendar year; and
WHEREAS, City wishes to retain Contractor to continue providing general
maintenance services of the HVAC systems for Richmond Fire Department Stations 1, 2, 3,
4, 5, and 6, and other repairs during the course of the year that would utilize hourly rates,

within the scope of ; and
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants herein
contained, including the above stated recitals, City and Contractor hereby agree as follows:

1.The City and Party executed and entered into , on

February 28, 2008. is attached hereto, marked as
Exhibit “A” and incorporated by reference.

2.Pursuant to Section IV Term of Agreement, the City
has an option to renew the Agreement for a third year (the 2010 calendar
year), which option is exercised pursuant to this Addendum. Contractor

indicated its willingness to extendfor the 2010
calendar yearon October 8, 2009, which agreement is attached hereto, marked
as Exhibit “B” and incorporated by reference.

3.Both parties hereby agree to renew with the same terms
and conditions set forth in that Agreement, with the exception that the date of
the term shall be extended to December 31, 2010.
4.Both parties hereby agree that with the exception of the extended dates,

shall remain intact and unchanged.
