WHerEAS, Carteret Packaging Inc. has made an application to the NJ
Department of Environmental Protection for a general permit to discharge
cooling water under NJ PDES No. NJ0108901; and
~AS, said application has been reviewed and approved by the Borough
Engineer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council offers no
objection and authorize the Borough Engineer to process said portions of
the application relevant to the Borough.
Adopted. this 18th day of May, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the
original on May 19, 1995.
