MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO THE CABLE TELEVISION
ADVISORY COMMISSION
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Cable Television Advisory Commission due to the
resignation of Robert Latta, Jr, whose term of office expires on June 30, 1998; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with §5.I-80 of the Town Code, this appointment shall be made by
the Town Council:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
Leslie Lloyd is appointed to the Cable Television Advisory Commission to fill the unexpired term
of Robert Latta, Jr., and whose term shall expire on June 30, 1998.
