CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS
ORDINANCE NO. /? P?
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE RETAINER FEE TO BE
PAID TO THE CITY ATTORNEY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE,
KANSAS, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 131.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE,
KANSAS:
SECTION 1. RETAINER FEE FOR CITY ATTORNEY:
The City Attorney of the City of Bel Aire, Kansas
shall be paid a monthly retainer fee of $ 750.00.
SECTION 2. REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 131:
Ordinance No. 131 and any other ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed. Any section of any
existing Ordinance which is not in conflict herewith
is not repealed and remains in full force and effect.
SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE:
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its publication in the Official City
Newspaper.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Bel
