The following Resolution was adopted by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa on the
I OTH day of JUNE, 2009.
Be it resolved by the City Council of Tiffin, Iowa that Alliant Energy is hereby directed to
make the following changes to the existing system at the location described herein (or shown on
an attached map made part of this Resolution) according to the terms expressed in the existing
street light contract.
The general' criteria per 2007 Design, Standards for the location of streetlights are as follows:
Street lights are mid -block locations if blocks are more than 600 feet in length or
Closer spacing of street lights in problem areas

Add Wattage ° Style of Luminaire Type and Height of Pole Wiring OHIUG
1 100W Town and Country Town and Country Style UG
8,500 Lumen ASA Type III Black Pole 20'
LOCATION OF NEW INSTALLATION OR CHANGES
1. Within 900 Block of Horizon Dr in Woodfield Ridge Estates Phase One
Motion by Councilperson Jim Bartels seconded by Councilperson John Wright

ABSENT: Mike Gericke
Mayor Royce Phillips, declared said Resolution duly passed and adopted the l Ot" day of JUNE
2009.
