AUTHORIZING THE SETTLEMENT OF WINDSOR AT
FIELDSTONE LIMITED PARTNERSHIP V. COUNTY OF
LOUDOUN, VIRGINIA AND TOWN OF LEESBURG, VIRGINIA
WHEREAS, the enclosed draft final order incorporates terms of settlement of the
above-referenced case; and
WHEREAS, the settlement terms have been reviewed and recommended by the
Deputy Town Attorney and County Attorney.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
The settlement offer as set forth in the Final Order of the Windsor at Fieldstone
Limited Partnership V. County of Loudoun, Virginia and Town of Leesburg, Virginia case
(Law No. 16278) is hereby accepted and the Deputy Town Attorney is hereby authorized to
execute the order.
