Board of Assessors Meeting
January 5, 2006

Members Present: James Jursak, G. Howard Hayes and Diane Salomone
Also attending was David Tately, Deputy Assessor
Mr. Jursak called the meeting to order at 6:35 p.m.

BOARD OF ASSESSORS
Mr. Hayes moved to approve the minutes of the meetings of November 3, 2005, November
15, 2005, November 29, 2005 and December 20, 2005. Mr. Jursak seconded. The first two
passed 2-0, with Ms. Salomone abstaining because she did not attend those meetings. The
latter two passed 3-0.
New Business:
Ms. Salomone moved to enter into Executive Session at 6:50 p.m. to discuss Abatements and
Exemptions and not return to open session. Mr. Hayes seconded. Each member voted yes.
