Board of Assessors Meeting
January 19, 2006
Members Present: Jim Jursak, G. Howard Hayes and Diane Salomone
Also attending was David Tately, Deputy Assessor
Mr. Jursak called the meeting to order at 6:38 p.m.
Old Business:
Mr. Jursak moved to approve the minutes of the April 13, 2005 meeting. Mr. Hayes
seconded, and the motion passed 2-0, with Ms. Salomone abstaining as she was not on the
Board at that time.
New Business:
Mr. Jursak motioned to enter into Executive Session at 6:46 p.m. to discuss Abatements and
Exemptions and not return to open session. Mr. Hayes seconded. Each member voted yes.

Executive Session
Mr. Jursak moved to grant the following Real Estate abatements. Mr. Hayes seconded.
1. Loud, John & Patricia-23 Dick's Way -abate $76,100 to $821,500
2. Luce, Ethan, Trustee-92 Dune Road -abate $159,500 to $797,500
3. Allegtretti, Enzo et al- 504 Thousand Oaks Road -abate $43,000 to $622,200
The motion passed 3-0.
Mr. Jursak moved to deny the following Real Estate abatement application. Ms. Salomone
seconded.
1. Tobin, Nina et al- 176 Far Fields Road
The motion passed 2-0. Mr. Hayes abstained.
The Board scheduled the next meeting for January 26, 2006 at 6:30 p.m.
Mr. Hayes moved to adjourn the meeting. Mr. Jursak seconded.
The meeting adjourned at 8:25 p.m.
