Board of Assessors Meeting
January 26, 2006
Executive Session

Attorney Marion Hobbs appeared before the Board to discuss the abatement application of
her client, Christine Sullivan, Trustee of the 491 Crowells Bog Road Realty Trust. Ms.
Hobbs discussed an opinion of value prepared for her client's property at 491 Crowells Bog
Road. The Board took the matter under advisement.
Mr. Jursak moved to approve the Clause 41 C exemption application of Sally Macort, of 49
Nutley Road. Mr. Hayes seconded the motion, which passed 2-0.
Mr. Jursak moved to grant the following Real Estate abatements. Mr. Hayes seconded.
1. Westerback, John H. et a1-144 Wauquanesit Way -abate $50,000 to $735,600
2. Disabato, David et a1-276 Alden Road- abate $50,900 to $507,000
3. Murdock, Linda- 151 Ellis landing Road -abate $46,000 to $619,900
The motion passed 2-0.
The Board scheduled the next meeting for February 2, 2006 at 6:30 p.m.
Mr. Hayes moved to adjourn the meeting. Mr. Jursak seconded.
The meeting adjourned at 8:38 p.m.
