Board of Assessors Meeting
February 2, 2006
Executive Session
Ms. Salamone moved to grant the following Real Estate abatements. Mr. Hayes seconded.
1. Zundl, Joseph et al- 101 Spruce Run -abate $78,200 to $738,400
2. Shiffman, Bernard et al- 21 High Point Drive- abate $50,400 to $702,700
3. Holway, Bruce- 29 High Point Drive -abate $94,000 to $920,200
4. Vallon, Ellen - 125 Surrey Lane -abate $132,000 to $734,900
5. Sullivan Christine, Tr. - 491 Crowells Bog Rd -abate $273,000 to $851,200
6. Britton, Dorothy - 425 Crowells Bog Road -abate $219,900 to $842,100
7. Finch, Steven C. et al - 257 Jonathans Way -abate $14,000 to $288,200
The motions passed 3-0.
Ms. Salomone moved to deny the application of Carol Edmonson, 51 Captain Dunbar Road.
Mr. Hayes seconded the motion, which passed 3-0. The Board directed the Deputy Assessor
to advise Ms. Edmonson that the application was denied because there was no information
submitted to support her contention as to lot size, and that the Board can reconsider its denial
if the information is provided prior to May 2, 2006.
The Board scheduled the next meeting for February 9, 2006 at 6:30 p.m.
Ms. Salomone moved to adjourn the meeting. Mr. Hayes seconded.
The meeting adjourned at 9:05 p.m.
