Board of Assessors Meeting
February 9, 2006
Members Present: James Jursak, G. Howard Hayes and Diane Salomone
Also attending was David Tately, Deputy Assessor
Mr. Jursak called the meeting to order at 6:38 p.m.
Old Business:
Ms. Salomone moved to approve the minutes of the February 2, 2006 meeting. Mr. Hayes
seconded, and the motion passed 3-0.
The Board signed the EQV Report Submission Summary and reviewed the 2004 sales report
to be submitted to the Department of Revenue
New Business:
Ms. Salomone moved to enter into Executive Session at 6:45 p.m. to discuss Abatements and
Exemptions and not return to open session. Mr. Hayes seconded. Each member voted yes.

Executive Session
Ms. Salomone moved to grant the following Real Estate abatements. Mr. Hayes seconded.
1. Holway, William & Tina-117 Landing Drive -abate $55,100 to $510,000
2. Price, Frederick- 5 Grove Lane- abate 49,500 to $450,000
3. Milano, Alfred et al- 132 Wauquanesit Drive -abate $100,000 to $772,500
4. Gavin, Charles & Vida - 287 Wauquanesit Drive -abate $55,900 to $750,000
The motions passed 3-0.
Ms. Salomone moved to deny the following Real estate abatements. Mr. Hayes seconded.
1. Provenzano, Therese et al - 21 Ross Road
2. Rice, Elizabeth W. et al, Trs - 67 Carver Road
The motions passed 3-0.
The Board scheduled the next meeting for February 16, 2006 at 6:30 p.m.
Ms. Salomone moved to adjourn the meeting. Mr. Hayes seconded.
The meeting adjourned at 8:55 p.m.
