Board of Assessors Meeting
February 16, 2006
Members Present: James Jursak, G. Howard Hayes and Diane Salomone
Also attending was David Tately, Deputy Assessor
Mr. Jursak called the meeting to order at 6:39 p.m.
Old Business:
Ms. Salomone moved to approve the minutes of the February 9, 2006 meeting. Mr. Hayes
seconded, and the motion passed 3-0.
New Business:
Ms. Salomone moved to enter into Executive Session at 6:45 p.m. to discuss Abatements and
Exemptions and not return to open session. Mr. Hayes seconded. Each member voted yes.

Ms. Salomone moved to grant the following Real Estate abatements. Mr. Hayes seconded.
1. Rooney, David et al- 6 John Wings Lane -abate $50,100 to $743,000
2. Burke, Paul & Barbara- 81 Governor Prence Rd.- abate $89,700 to $1,059,500
3. Bugle, Robert & Linda- 2271 Main St. -abate $43,900 to $590,600
4. Unknown - 0 Featherbed Ln. -abate $143,200 to $0
5. Unknown - 0 Featherbed Ln. -abate $117,300 to $0 (FY OS)
The motions passed 3-0.
Ms. Salomone moved to adjourn the meeting. Mr. Hayes seconded.
The meeting adjourned at 8:25 p.m.
