Board of Assessors Meeting
December 14, 2006
Members Present: Jim Jursak, G. Howard Hayes and Diane Salomone
Also attending was David Tately, Deputy Assessor
Mr. Hayes called the meeting to order at 5:38 p.m.
Old Business:
Mr. Jursak moved to approve the minutes of November 18, 2006 and November 30, 2006.
Mr. Hayes seconded. The motions passed 2-0 and 3-0, respectively, as Ms. Salomone was
not present at the November 18, 2006 meeting.
New Business:
Mr. Jursak motioned to enter into Executive Session at 6:46 p.m. to discuss Abatements and
Exemptions and not return to open session. Ms. Salomone seconded.

Mr. Jursak moved to grant the following Real Estate abatements. Mr. Hayes seconded.

4. Matel, James et a1-110 Horseshoe Way
5. Shellenberger, Jeanne, Tr.-62 Turning Mill Rd
6. Miriam, Susan J-140-F Millstone Rd.
7. McCracken, Lisa A.-140-L Millstone Rd.
8. Parr, William S. et a1-104 Canoe Pond Dr.
9. Thompson, Richard et a1-326 Blueberry Pond Dr.
The motions passed 3-0.

The Board scheduled the next meeting for December 20, 2006 at 5:30 p.m.
Mr. Jursak moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:03 p.m. Ms. Salomone seconded, and it passed
3-0.
