RESOLUTION NO. 97-245
ADOPTED October 14, 1997
A RESOLUTION:
MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE NOISE ABATEMENT CORRIDOR
ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, an advertisement was placed to solicit statements of interest from individuals
interested in serving on the Noise Abatement Corridor Advisory Committee; and
WHEREAS, as a result four applications were received, including two from members of the
development community and two from members of the general public.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. William Fissell, Edward Gorski, Richard Lanham and Fred Rudder, Jr. are
appointed to the Noise Abatement Corridor Advisory Committee.
SECTION II. Councilmember Wm. Webb, Jr is appointed to the Noise Abatement Corridor
Advisory Committee as the Council representative.
