Board of Assessors Meeting
December 20, 2006
Members Present: Jim Jursak and G. Howard Hayes
Also attending was David Tately, Deputy Assessor
Mr. Hayes called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.

Mr. Jursak motioned to enter into Executive Session at 5:35 p.m. to discuss Abatements and
Exemptions and not return to open session. Mr. Hayes seconded.

Mr. Jursak moved to grant the following Real Estate abatements. Mr. Hayes seconded.

2. Dillon, Lucille, Tr. 270 Cranview Rd. $37,200
3. Vyse, Belinda- 58 Paines Creek Rd. $72,200
4. Vautin, Thomas et a1-262 Sheep Pond Dr. $237,100
5. Gilbert, M. Virginia-264 King Philip Rd. $3,400
The motions passed 2-0.
Mr. Jursak moved to deny the following Real Estate abatement applications. Mr. Hayes
seconded.

2. Baringer, Charles et al-1 Carver Rd.
3. Borek, Frank et al - 133 Dillingham Rd.
4. Evans, David, Tr. - 0 Harwich Rd.

The motions passed 2-0.
Mr. Jursak moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:03 p.m. Mr. Hayes seconded, and it passed 2-
