CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS, LITIGATION AND REAL PROPERTY 1.To discuss strategies with respect to collective bargaining updates by the Town Manager relative to Police,Fire and Dispatch,because an open meeting may have detrimental effects on the bargaining positions of the Board; 2.To discuss considering the purchase,exchange,lease or value of real property in regards to a property on Claflin Avenue,Pratt Estate,the Wycoff Parcel and the parcels recommended by the Elementary School Building Committee, because an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the Board; 3.To discuss strategy with respect to litigation with respect to NSTAR/Eversource (DPU 15-02),because an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigation position of the board. MINUTES (ACTION) The Board will consider accepting the following public session minutes: January 6, 2015​; ​January 20, 2015​; ​January 26, 2015​. ii. PARADE PERMITS (ACTION) Page 1   The Board will consider approving the following Parade Permit: Proponent​: American Cancer Society, Bicycles Battling Cancer, Brittany Angel Starting Point​: Hillside School, Marlboro, MA Ending Point​: Hillside School, Marlboro, MA Date & time​: June 7, 2015, 7:30AM - 4:00PM Street Closings​: None. GIFTS (ACTION) The Board will consider accepting the following gifts to the Town: 1.Weston Nurseries for $500.00 to be spent on the Town’s 300th Anniversary Celebration; and 2.Donations of labor from Keefe Tech, Liberty Mutual, and the Senior Center volunteers performing landscaping and other program tasks, as well as gifts of labor and materials to improve the Senior Center patio from the Laborer's Training Center. 7:00 PM CHANGE IN BAR MANAGER (ACTION) 4. The Board will consider approving a change in the store manager at the Hopkinton Wine & Spirits Package Store at 77 West Main Street. The Board will receive a budget update from the Appropriations Committee, Town Manager and Finance Director. 7:45 PM TOWN MEETING ARTICLES POSITIONS (ACTION) 6. The Board will continue to review the Annual Town Meeting Warrant and take positions on various articles.
