°A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF ANNUAL CIGARETTE PERMIT
TO CASEYS GENERAL STORE # 2667,7IFFIN, JOHNSON COUNTY, IOWA
WHEREAS:-CaWy's General Store #2667 has submitted application and required
payment to the City of Tiffin, the local jurisdiction as required by Iowa Code, for the
2009-2010 cigarette permit renewal effective July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010,
AND WHEREAS: the said application appears to be in proper order and has been
signed by an`authorized individual representing the entity applying for permit and
eequired'payment is accepted'by City Clerk of Tiffin, Iowa, Jx
AND WHEREAS, the authorized signing individual states that they hereby bind
themselves to a faithful observance of the laws governing the sale of cigarettes and
tobacco products within the boundaries of Tiffin, Iowa, -
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City of Tiffin, Iowa, that the City
Council hereby authorizes the issuance of the 2009ANNUAL CIGARETTE PERMIT TO
CASEYS GENERAL STORE # 2667.
On this°10th day of June 2009, at a regular meeting of Tiffin, City Council,"Tiffin, Iowa,
Council person Jim Bartels introduced A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE
ISSUANCE OF ANNUAL CIGARETTE'PERMIT TO CASEYS GENERAL STORE #
t 26671and made a motion for approval. " The motion.was sebonded by Council person
John Wright.

AYES: Chris Ball, Jim Bartels,- Mark Petersen, John Wright.
NAYS: None.
ABSENT: Mike Gericke.
WHEREUPON, Mayor Phillips declared that Resolution 2009-17 be adopted and
signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
PASSED, AND APPROVED THIS 1"0T" DAY OF June 2009.

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF'ANNUAL CIGARETTE PERMIT
TO MORGANS SERVICE, TIFFIN, JOHNSON COUNTY, IOWA
WHEREAS: MORGANS SERVICE has submitted application and required
payment to the City of Tiffin, the local jurisdiction as required by Iowa Code, for the
2009-2010 cigarette permit renewal effective July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010,
AND WHEREAS: the said application appears to be in proper order and has been
signed by an authorized individual representing the entity applying for permit and
