ESTABLISHING A BANK ACCOUNT FOR GREEN ACRES PROGRAM
BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor, B~rough Clerk, and Chief
Finance Officer are hereby authorized to execute all
the documents required to establish a bank account for
the State of New Jersey Green Acres Program with United
Counties Trust Company, an Official Depository for the
Borough of Carteret
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the separate bank account
shall be identified as "The Borough of Carteret-Green
Trust Program".
Adopted this 1st day of June , 1995
and certified as a true copy of the
original on June 2, 1995.
