AUTHORIZING A NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING FOR ISTEA
ENHANCEMENT GRANT PROJECTS
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
A notice of public hearing to consider ISTEA Enhancement Grant applications for (1) Balls Bluff Civil
War Site expansion; (2) North King Street/Ida Lee Park Trail; and (3) Chancellor Street Trail is hereby
authorized. Notification shall be published in the Leesburg Today on November 26 and December 3, 1997, for a
public hearing on Tuesday, December 9, 1997, at 7:30 p.m. in Council Chambers, 25 West Market Street,
Leesburg, Virginia.
