CREATING HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACE AT
20 ORCHARD STREET
WHEREAS, George F. Sheridan of 20 Orchard Street has requested a handicapped
parking space; and
WHEREAS, this individual has met the requirements of the Traffic Safety Bureau
for said parking space; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has inspected said location and has no objection
to the approval of said Handicapped Parking Spaces;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor
and Council of the Borough of Carteret that a handicapped parking space shall be
designated at 20 Orchard Street.
Adopted this 1st day of June, 1995
and certified as a tree copy of the
original on June 2, 1995.
