AUT~DRIZING RENEWAL OF UNi'£'~U CARr~RET HEBREW SC~DOL
LEASE A~WZMENT FOR THE YEAR 1995-1996
WHEREAS, the United Carteret Hebrew School, Inc. has mde the
proper application for the renewal of their lease for the prem-
ises known as Lots 533 m~d 534, in Block 176, for the Year 1995-
1996; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid the annual rental fee of one
dollar ($1.00) and has filed the proof of liability insurance
coverage as specified in the original Lease Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT A~D IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Mayor
and Municipal Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute
the Lease Agreement for the Term of One (1) Year, fromM ay 1, 1995

Adopted the 1st day of June , 1995
and certified as a true copy of the
original on June 2~ 1995.
