WHEREAS, the New Jersey Department of Personnel called for an examination for

in the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, the New Jersey Department of Personnel has served a Certification of
Eligibles for Appointment dated May 9, 1995 for said position; and
WHEREAS, the New Jersey Department of Personnel has certified that
RICHARD L. BABIK
is eligible for appointment to the position of
FIRE CAPTAIN
in the Borough of Cafferet;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that.

of the Borough of Carteret from the Certification List dated May 9, 1995, as
provided by law, effective May 9, 1995.
