By Vice Chairman Hush. There were no minutes for review. 2. Hush- Reviewed his notes from the Regional Community Preservation Coalition (CPC) meeting in Barnstable. Historic Preservation - CPC should be sure that there is a Historic Preservation Restriction or that there will be one before money is approved. Make this a condition of commitment. Samples are available at the MA Historic website. The CPA can contact Sarah Korjeff for information about cemetery preservation. 3. Robinson -I will ask Sarah to come to our February 8th meeting. I have also sent a letter to the BOS asking questions about the COA windows. 4. Hush-What about Crosby Mansion money? 5. Robinson -Crosby is not asking for any money from CPC now- but may come back in the future. It is OK for the Town to put money into state property. And, Crosby Mansion is registered. 6. Bassett-What is registered in Brewster? 7. Robinson -Per the National Historical Society Magazine, it is not only based on years, but also is up to the Town to decide. There was also discussion of CPC activity- is our CPC pro-active or re-active? Falmouth is re-active. They only work on applications brought to them. Some CPCs do their own applications. Discussion of Facilitators-Clerk of the Works, etc. 8. Lach-They are responsible for project completion, they work with the applicant, have a contract and are paid by an administration fee that would be part of the grant application. The money comes out of the project budget. If we use Town services we can take that out of CPC funds. 9. Hush-We may get something coming from a church for rehab/restore work.
