RESOLUTION NO. 69 -949
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE
OF CERTAIN PROPER`.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Temple. City
does hereby authorize the purchase of Lot 4 of Tract 12210 in
the City of Temple City on the terms and conditions set forth
in Escrow No. 51-4765 of Security Pacific National. Bank, all in
the form attached hereto. .
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution,
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of September
1969.
