OF THE RICHMOND SANITARY DISTRICT
RESOLUTION NO. 1 -2010
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT TO O. W. KROHN AND
ASSOCIATES, LLP, FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
WHEREAS, The Richmond Sanitary District of Richmond, Indiana has authorized and
utilized the services of O. W. Krohn and Associates, LLP, 231 East Main
Street, Westfield, Indiana 46074, for professional services for ongoing
projects for the Richmond Sanitary District, but the Richmond Sanitary
District has not yet paid for some of the services rendered by O.W. Krohn
and Associates, LLP; and
WHEREAS, The Richmond Sanitary District has received statements from O.W. Krohn
and Associates, LLP, Indiana for professional consulting services for the
following time periods and the following amounts:
March 31, 2007 $3,250.00
April 1 through November 30, 2007 $1,328.75
$4,578.75
That attached to this resolution are invoices for the dates and amounts set
forth above, along with a March 15, 2007 letter from O. W. Krohn,
Executive Partner of O.W. Krohn and Associates, LLP, to Robert Tyler,
then District Director of the Richmond Sanitary District, setting forth the
background for these invoices.
WHEREAS, The Board of Sanitary Commissions of the Sanitary District of Richmond,
Indiana, passed Resolution 23 -2009, on December 22, 2009 in which it
approved invoices totaling $8,412.50, which amount inadvertently
included invoices that are to be billed to the Richmond Stormwater
District. No monies have yet been paid on Resolution 23 -2009.
WHEREAS, The Board of Sanitary Commissions of the Sanitary District of Richmond,
Indiana, should now rescind Resolution 23 -2009 prior to approving
Resolution 1 -2010.
WHEREAS, The invoices attached to this Resolution, totaling $4,578.75 were incurred
at the request of, on behalf of the Richmond Sanitary District, but these
invoices remain unpaid and are due and owing to O. W. Krohn and
Associates, LLP.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Sanitary Commissioners of the
Sanitary District of Richmond, Indiana, that said Board rescinds Resolution 23 -2009.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of Sanitary
Commissioners of the Sanitary District of Richmond, Indiana, that said Board authorizes
the payment to O.W. Krohn and Associates, LLP, 231 East Main Street, Westfield, IN
46074 of $4,578.75 for professional consulting services rendered to the Richmond
Sanitary District for the time periods from March 31, 2007 through November 30, 2007.
Passed and Adopted this th day of January, 2010, by the Board of Sanitary
Commissioners of the Richmond Sanitary District of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
