Repealing the Moab Municipal Code Sections 13.24.010 and 13.24.020 regarding Water and
Sewer rate structures and authorizing the City Council to set water and sewer rates by resolution.
The Moab Municipal Code is hereby amended as follows:
1. Sections 13.24.010 and 13.24.020 are hereby repealed.
2. Sections 13.24.020 shall read as follows:
The City Council shall from time to time set rates and charges for water and sewer service.
The rates and charges shall be established by resolution, duly approved by the Council.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by action of the Governing Body of the City of Moab in open session this
9th day of June, 1998.
